Every lab grown diamond at MIKOSA is IGI certified. That means each stone has been independently graded for its carat, cut, clarity and colour, so you know exactly what you're getting before it becomes part of your jewellery.
Lab grown diamonds share the same physical, optical and chemical properties as natural mined diamonds. The only real difference is where they come from. Ours are grown in a controlled lab setting rather than mined from the earth, then graded against the same standards used for natural stones.
If you're set on a natural diamond instead, we also offer GIA certified natural diamonds, available both in our natural diamond collection and as an option when you build a custom piece. Whichever you choose, it comes down to preference, not compromise.
If you're creating a custom design, our IGI certified loose diamonds are also available to view and select individually.

Start with the stone itself. Look for independent grading on carat, cut, clarity and colour from a recognised lab such as IGI or GIA, so you know the quality behind the sparkle.
Next, think about the setting. 18K gold strikes a good balance between purity and everyday durability. Higher karat gold is softer and scratches more easily, while lower karat blends trade some of that rich colour for extra hardness, which is why 18K tends to suit daily wear so well.
Consider how you'll actually wear the piece too. Simple studs, huggies or a slim band suit everyday use, while a pavé setting, halo design or statement drop earring works better for occasions where you want something more noticeable.
