Where Elegance Meets Perfection.
Every MIKOSA earring is crafted in 18K gold, an alloy that's about 75% pure gold blended with other metals for extra strength. Earring hooks and backs get handled constantly, so this balance matters: pure gold alone would bend and wear down far too quickly for daily use.
Each pair is made to order in Italy and delivered to you in Malaysia. Most of our earrings feature a diamond, either a natural stone graded by GIA or a lab grown stone graded by IGI, while a few styles keep to plain gold with no stone at all.
If you're looking at one of our diamond styles, ask our team about the certification before you order.
A ready-made pair isn't your only option here. Every design already comes in 18K yellow, white, or rose gold, and if you want to go further, our team can adjust details like the setting, the earring back, or add a diamond to a design that doesn't already include one.
At MIKOSA, we handle each custom request directly rather than passing it through layers of a larger retail operation. That keeps the process quicker and lets us hold onto the same level of detail throughout.
Whether you have a clear picture of the earrings you want, or you're just starting to explore ideas, our team can guide the process from first sketch to finished pair.
Earrings are one of the few pieces you can wear every single day without it feeling like a statement, which makes a few practical questions worth answering before you settle on a pair.
Think first about how close to the ear you want the piece to sit. Studs and small huggies stay close and low profile, so they hold up well through a full day, sleeping, and getting dressed without catching on anything. Hoops and drop styles hang further down and move more, which is what gives them their presence for evenings or events.
Metal colour is the next decision. All our earrings come in 18K yellow, white, or rose gold, giving you the option to match whatever you already wear most. Skin tone plays a part too: yellow gold generally reads warmer, white gold cooler, and rose gold sits somewhere between the two.
Last, weigh up plain gold against a design with a diamond. Plain styles tend to suit those who want something they can forget they're wearing, while a diamond piece brings more sparkle for when you want it to show.
If you're not sure which style or finish suits you, get in touch with our team and we can help you narrow it down before you order.
